    The annual International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) aims to provide a forum that brings together International researchers from academia and practitioners in industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of wireless communications and signal processing. Following the great success of WCSP’09-16, the ninth edition of the event, WCSP 2017, will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, on October 11-13, 2017. The conference will feature keynote speeches and technical sessions, and will be co-located with IEEE 5G Summit, which will be held on October 14, 2017.
    The conference will be technically sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Communications Society Nanjing Chapter, IEEE Signal Processing Society Nanjing Chapter, IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Nanjing Chapter, and CIC Communications and Signal Processing Society. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the WCSP 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All papers published in the WCSP 2009-2016 Proceedings have already been included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by EI Compendex.

3) 06/15/2017: The submission deadline has been extended to July 30, 2017.
4) 06/28/2017: Dr. Robert Heath from The University of Texas at Austin, USA, has accepted to deliver a keynote speech at WCSP 2017.
5) 07/02/2017: Dr. Wen Tong, Wireless CTO, Huawei Technologies, has accepted to deliver a keynote speech at WCSP 2017.
6) 08/10/2017: Dr. David Gesbert from EURECOM, France, has accepted to deliver a keynote speech at WCSP 2017.
7) 08/10/2017: Dr. Tom Hou from Virginia Tech, USA, has accepted to deliver a keynote speech at WCSP 2017.
8) 09/05/2017: Dr. Andreas Molisch from University of Southern California, USA, has accepted to deliver a keynote at WCSP 2017.
9) 09/06/2017: Dr. Ness B. Shroff from The Ohio State University, USA, has accepted to deliver a keynote at WCSP 2017.

Highlights:
1) IEEE 5G Summit will be collocated with WCSP 2017 on October 14, 2017.
2) Selected best papers will be recommended to China Communications (SCI indexed) for consideration of publication.
