Submission Guidelines 1.Policies To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the changes to the list of authors is prohibited once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline. To be published in the WCSP 2016 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference, unless the Workshop Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. 2.Submit your Paper Your final paper must be submitted no later than June 15, 2016 in order to be included in the conference proceedings. The maximum paper length of 5 printed pages. 1 additional page bringing the maximum to 6 printed pages is permitted with an over length page charge of $60 USD. Submissions will be accepted through EDAS system http://edas.info/N22269 . If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact: help@edas-help.com. 3.Revise your Paper Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review formatting Requirements can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html 4.IEEE Copyright Form Before you upload your camera-ready paper, you will need to submit your IEEE copyright form using the IEEE electronic copyright mechanism. Please follow the link provided on the paper submission page. 5.Final Paper Submission to WCSP 2016 Final versions of accepted papers must be submitted on EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. Each paper must have at least one non-refundable Full Registration even if the presenting author is a student. You will receive an email when registration is open. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid by the author deadline (to be announced) or your paper will be removed from the conference.
