Please note:

1. Each paper must be registered for publication. The deadline for registration is 30 September 2021. Non-authors are also welcomed to register for participating WCSP.

2. Without registration, your paper will be EXCLUDED from the final WCSP 2021 proceedings and not submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Also, the paper will not be indexed by EI.

The registration process consists of two steps:

Step2: Fill in the registration.docx and send all the required information to wcsp2021@hotmail.com.

Registration types

Note:

Each paper should at least register for one full registration (RG1 or RG2).
Bank charges for payment transfer should be paid by the authors, and the net received amount should be the same as the registration fees mentioned above.
EDAS paper number and the conference name "WCSP2021" should be added in the remark when you make the remittance.
For the same author with multiple accepted papers, one registration can cover two papers at most.

All payment shall be wire transferred to the bank account specified in this webpage. No payment will go through EDAS or other channels. When you submit the final version of your paper, if you are asked to submit any online payment, please do not make the payment and contact wcsp2021@hotmail.com immediately.

注意：

每篇文章至少需要一个全额注册（RG1或RG2）。
上表所列注册费金额为到账金额，因转账所造成的手续费请自理。
请在转账的备注中注明EDAS系统稿号以及会议名称“WCSP2021”，以方便我们核对转账信息。
对于同一作者，一个注册最多可用于其两篇论文。

开票说明

1. 开票项目：*会展服务*会议注册费、*会展服务*会务费。

2. 本次会议开具的发票为增值税普通发票。通常情况下，增值税普通发票仅需报销单位的名称及税号信息。

3. 如参会人员所在单位（报销单位,）需要专票，请在注册表中注明，并提供报销单位的名称、税号信息、报销单位的地址、电话、开户行及账号信息。

4. 如参会人员所在单位（报销单位）对于普通发票有其他要求（比如：需要显示报销单位的地址、电话、开户行及账号信息等），请在注册表中注明。

5. 根据作者需要，纸质发票或电子发票均可开具，纸质发票会后寄出，电子发票发电子邮箱。
