Registration Guidelines

Registration Instructions:

Registration is required for all participants of WCSP 2026.
Each paper should at least register for one full registration (RG1 or RG2) by Oct. 15, 2026 as confirmation of attendance so that the paper can be scheduled for the conference.
Without full registration, your paper will be EXCLUDED from the final WCSP 2026 proceedings and not submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Also, the paper will not be indexed by EI Compendex.
For the same author with multiple accepted papers, one full registration can cover two papers at most.
Note that each accepted paper is limited to 7 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages and a charge of 60USD/400RMB for the 7th page.
