Please note:

1. Registration is required for all participants of WCSP 2019. Authors MUST register by 25 September 2019.

2. Without registration, your paper will be EXCLUDED from the final WCSP 2019 proceeding and not submitted for inclusion in IEEEXplore. Also, the paper will not be indexed by EI Compendex.

The registration process consists of two steps:

Note:

Each paper should at least register for one full registration (RG1 or RG2).
Bank charges for payment transfer should be paid by the authors, and the net received amount should be the same as the registration fees mentioned above.
EDAS paper number and the conference name "WCSP2019" should be added in the remark when you make the remittance.
For the same author with multiple accepted papers, one registration can at most cover two papers.

All payment shall be wire transferred to the bank account specified in this webpage. No payment will go through EDAS or other channels. When you submit the final version of your paper, if you are asked to submit any online payment, please do not make the payment and contact wcsp2019_xian@126.com immediately.

每篇文章至少需要一个全额注册（RG1 或 RG2）.
上表所列注册费金额为到账金额，因转账所造成的手续费请自理。
请在转账的备注中注明edas系统稿号以及会议名称“WCSP2019”,以方便我们核对转账信息。
对于同一作者，一个注册最多可用于其两篇论文。

本次会议开具的发票为增值税普通发票。通常情况下，增值税普通发票仅需要报销单位的名称以及税号信息。如参会人员所在单位（报销单位）对于报销发票有其他要求（比如：需要显示报销单位的电话、地址、开户行、账号等信息），则请在注册表中注明。
