Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines:

1. Original Manuscript Submission

Authors should submit their original manuscripts via EDAS. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. During the submission process, please select WCSP 2019 and submit your manuscripts to a symposium that is most relevant to your manuscripts. The submitted PDF file and the registered information of a paper must list the same author(s), title and abstract (minor wording differences in the abstract are acceptable). Please add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the withdrawal of your papers from the review process. The author list of an accepted paper CANNOT be changed in the final manuscript.

2. Final Manuscript Submission

The final manuscript of each accepted paper should also be submitted or uploaded via EDAS. Each paper must be registered. The registration has been opened. Please visit "Registration" for details on paper registration. The final manuscript is due on September 15, 2019 September 22, 2019. The registration can be completed later by September 25, 2019.

All papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with overlength page charge if accepted). Note that the maximum number of pages for a paper is 7, i.e., 6 pages plus 1 additional page allowed with a charge of USD60 for the additional page. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted by EDAS.
