Submission Guidelines Policies To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the changes to the list of authors is prohibited once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline. Your final paper must be submitted no later than 15 June 2014 in order to be included in the conference proceedings. The maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages. 1 additional page bringing the maximum to seven (7) printed pages is permitted with an over length page charge of $50 USD. Submissions will be accepted through EDAS system. If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact help@edas-help.com. Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Please follow the link provided on the paper submission page. Final versions of accepted papers must be submitted on EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. Each paper must have at least one non-refundable Full Registration even if the presenting author is a student. You will receive an email when registration is open. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid by the author deadline (to be announced) or your paper will be removed from the conference. |
