Instruction
Please note:
1. Each paper must be registered for publication. Non-authors are also welcomed to register for participating WCSP. The deadline for registration is 25 September 2025. The early bird price is before September 20, 2025.
2. Without
registration, your paper will be EXCLUDED from the final WCSP 2025 proceeding
and not submitted for inclusion in IEEEXplore. Also, the paper will not be
indexed by EI Compendex.
3. Each paper
should at least register for one FULL registration.
4. Note that
each accepted paper is limited to 7 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages
and a charge of 50USD/350RMB for the 7th page.

When you choose bank
transfer (only for CNY payment), EDAS paper number/Attendee's name and the
conference name "WCSP2025" should be added in the remark when you
make the remittance.

1. 每篇文章至少需要一个全额注册（2025年9月25日前）。
2. 上表所列注册费金额为到账金额，因转账所造成的手续费请自理。
3. 每篇被接受的论文限制在7页以内，前6页免费，第7页收费50美元/350元人民币。
4. 对于同一作者，一个注册最多可用于其两篇论文。
5. 为方便核对转账信息，当您选择银行转账时，汇款时应在备注中添加EDAS纸张编号/与会者姓名和会议名称“WCSP2025”

所有注册费的支付都须通过转账到本页面所提供的银行账号来完成，任何支付都不应通过EDAS或其他渠道进行，当您提交论文最终版时，若网页提示在线支付，请不要支付并立即联系我们。
