Overview:  The annual International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) aims to provide a forum that brings together International researchers from academia and practitioners in industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of wireless communications and signal processing. Following the great success of WCSP¡¯09, WCSP¡¯10,  WCSP¡¯11,  and WCSP¡¯12, the fifth edition of the event, WCSP¡¯13, will be held in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang ProvinceChina, on October 24-26, 2013, and will be sponsored by Zhejiang UniversityChina, and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE and IEEE Communications Society.  The conference will consist of four symposia with keynote speeches and technical sessions which will present original and fundamental research advances.
